ATLANTIC LICENSE BROKERS ADDS KEY STAFF TO SUPPORT GROWING BOSTON LIQUOR LICENSE BROKERAGE BUSINESS

New Hire Brings 12 Years of Industry Experience to Liquor License Brokerage Firm

MARSHFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS (February 8, 2012) Atlantic License Brokers (ALB), a division of The Atlantic Restaurant Group, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm that specializes in the sale of restaurants and liquor licenses in Boston and South Shore areas, announced today that it has added key staff to accommodate the tremendous growth the company has experienced since adding the ALB division.

Topher Gudmand is named Business Development Manager. Topher will be responsible for new business initiatives and will focus on Atlantic License Brokers, a division of ARG that specializes in the sale of liquor licenses.

Topher Gudmand brings to ALB over twelve years of food service industry experience. For the past four years Topher served as Marketing Associate for Sysco-Boston where he worked directly with restaurant staff and serviced over 80 accounts all along the South Shore to Cape Cod. Prior to his tenure at Sysco-Boston he worked at Paul W. Marks Co. where he worked with restaurant chefs and owners as well as manufacturers providing supply chain solutions and menu ideas pertaining to the Paul W. Marks product line. Two year prior to Paul W. Marks, he worked as National Director of Food Service Sales for Cabot Creamery Cooperative overseeing over $40 million in national sales across the country. His experience brings the necessary perspectives of restaurant-operations and supply chain management to ARG’s new business initiatives.
